1 July 2025 Introduction FULLSENSE 1.4 – now even smarter and more scalable

FULLWOOD proudly presents the latest version of its innovative milking robot software: FULLSENSE 1.4. This release takes digital dairy farming to a new level, with a fresh interface, powerful reporting tools, and improved support for both large and small dairy farms.

With FULLSENSE 1.4, farmers can now manage up to eight M²erlin milking robots within a single, clear environment. Thanks to a redesigned dashboard, crucial information is accessible even faster and more easily. The familiar and clear FULLSENSE tile structure immediately shows the status of both the robots and the cows. The well-known tiles are complemented by a new tile for cows not being milked into the tank.

This update includes:

• A redesigned FULLSENSE dashboard for up to 8 milking robots
• Three new reports on calves, pregnancy checks, and drying off
• CSV export for deeper data analysis
• New KPI: ‘Milking speed per cow’ based on ICAR guidelines
• Fixed milking intervals for fresh, calf or recovering cows
• Inline help function and integrated user manuals

Expanded reports, clear at a glance

Reports have been greatly expanded. For example, the milk separations overview now shows not only that milk has been withheld from the bulk tank, but also why, such as fresh cows or treatments. The new export option makes it easy to download and analyze reports like ‘To dry off’ or ‘Cow production’ in Excel.

Another highly requested feature is the calculation of ‘Milking speed per cow’, giving farmers better insight into their cows’ efficiency within the robot. This KPI helps identify top performers and quickly spot potential bottlenecks.

Simplicity, insight, and guidance: Data²Decision

FULLSENSE 1.4 remains true to its core promise: simplicity and insight without unnecessary complexity. Through the Data²Decision approach, farmers are actively informed, reminded, and supported in making decisions, whether about animal health, milk and feed planning, or routing.

Finally, the user experience has been further optimized: improved graphs and better report overviews ensure a smooth, intuitive workflow.
