Maarten van Raaij
CEO
Maarten directs company performance and growth, overseeing product development, commercial expansion and organizational resilience across the company’s international markets.
He has a background in engineering and business management and held various leadership roles within the industry. In his current role, he combines technical expertise with strategic commercial insight.
When endurance runner Maarten is not participating in ultra trail runs or marathons, you will frequently find him out in nature with the family and their dogs.
Steven Le Poole
CFO
Steven is responsible for the company’s financial health and overall performance, and contributes to its strategic direction and development.
With a solid understanding of financial matters and a forward-looking approach, he supports the organization in working towards sustainable outcomes.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Steven has an interest in sailing and holds a pilot’s license.
Within the organization, he is known as a positive presence—sometimes informally referred to as the team’s “positivity guru.”
Daniël Dammann
Head of Commerce
Daniel Dammann brings together global sales, marketing, and product development to drive growth and strengthen long‑standing partnerships with dealers and customers worldwide.
His focus on collaboration and customer‑centric solutions helps the company continue to evolve alongside the changing needs of modern dairy farming. He has a demonstrated history of working in the machinery industry.
After years in the city, family man Daniel currently resides in a small town near the ocean. An excellent location for any avid BBQ‑er.
Johan van der Meer
Business Controller
As a Business Controller, Johan is responsible for financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting and supporting strategic decision-making.
He combines financial insight with a practical mindset to help the business improve results and stay on track. Known for his clear communication and analytical approach, Johan brings structure and clarity to complex challenges.
And when needed, he is not afraid to call things as they are — proudly describing himself as a bit of a bluff-caller.
Joost Feij
Manager Operations
Joost keeps day-to-day business running smoothly by improving processes, coordinating teams and making sure operations stay efficient and on track.
He brings a practical, hands-on mindset to solving problems, creating structure, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment.
Known for his sense of humor and easygoing personality, Joost also has a sweet tooth and a playful side, which makes him a true joker in the team and someone people genuinely enjoy working with.
Lisa de Roos
Manager Engineering
Lisa has a strong technical background, backed by experience in turning complex ideas into practical solutions. She combines analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, making her a valuable force in any dynamic environment.
Curious, driven, and resourceful, Lisa enjoys continuous growth both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, she is passionate about running, reading and traveling. Her entrepreneurial mindset reflects her energy, ambition and love for taking initiative.
Ilona Groen
HR Advisor
Ilona is responsible for the company’s HR policy and its’ implementation. She’s a driven and enthusiastic professional with a passion for making an impact and connecting people.
Known for her positive energy and curious mindset, she thrives in dynamic environments where collaboration and growth are key.
Outside of work, Ilona is a bookworm who loves diving into stories and sharing her thoughts through reviews. She enjoys padel, kickboxing and pilates and is also a dedicated movie buff who loves traveling and exploring new cultures.
